Focusing mainly on the major muscle groups of the body. You are never encouraged to be in pain when stretching but a certain level of discomfort is expected. You will however leave feeling very relaxed and accomplished after your hard work.
Regular stretching allows joints to move through their full range of motion, improves flexibility and promotes blood flow to enable muscles to work most effectively. It also decreases the risk of injury and promotes overall good posture.
This class welcomes every level and is a great compliment to your aerial training or just a nice way to de-stress your mind and body.
