Aerial Hoop or Lyra is a large hoop suspended in the air, it can often be found in the circus where circus performers perform acrobatic style dances high up in the air.

It is a great way to exercise. Students will build strength and stamina as they learn the moves as well as routines and strength building exercises  in a safe and fun way.

We offer Adult Classes, Kids Classes and Private Sessions as well as specialist Routine Classes, Strength and Conditioning Classes and Special Workshops.
